When Jesus and his disciples traveled from city to city and town to town one of the ways he was able to get them trained was by putting them "on the spot." They never knew exactly what they were going to get into from one moment to the next. It might be healing or deliverance. Then in other instances someone might need prayer or an encouraging word.
Well, that is sort of the premise with this class. What would happen if we took some trainers, mixed them up with a gathering of students and then taught those students how to minister right there "on the spot." This is a magnificent model for equipping the saints. As you will hear in this audio download, we were able to put our students and trainers up to bat right alongside one another and God was able to use each one in their own unique way.
