INTERPRETATION OF YOUR OWN TONGUES
Did you know that only 25% of American Christians speak in tongues? Honestly, that even sounds a little on the high side. Still, that's only one in four. Yikes! Why are those numbers so low? We'll discuss that in class. Some other topics at hand in this one include:
-The history of interpretation of tongues
-A Biblical perspective on the topic
-The 6 main benefits of speaking in tongues
-Private prayer tongues
-Corporate tongues and interpretation
-Personal tongues and interpretation
-Why is the interpretation sometimes longer or shorter?
-The difference between interpretation and translation
Additionally, students also participate in 2 exciting activation exercises. We pray for the ability to interpret, then proceed to do so according to Mark 11:24 (Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them).
